Refund and Return Policy

1. No Return Policy

At Shakya Creations, we specialize in customized and personalized products crafted specifically for you. Due to the unique nature of these items, we maintain a No Return Policy. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are found to be defective upon delivery.

2. Damaged Product Policy

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, you must provide clear photo proof of the damaged item and its original packaging. Reports made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for review.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances: The product delivered is defective or has a manufacturing error, or the product delivered is incorrect (does not match the ordered customization).

4. Refund Process

Once your refund claim is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. The typical processing time is 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before the production process starts. Since each item is personalized, cancellations are not permitted once production begins or if the item has already been designed and manufactured.
